In the span of a decade, teqball has risen from backyard activity to increasingly popular international sport. Recently, the sport has become the newest addition on the multi-sports games scene, where FITEQ looks to carve out a place for itself among peers at various international competitions.

The sport of teqball continues to increase its footprint in the international sports sphere. FITEQ was recently recognized for its social media presence and social impact.

FITEQ’s Executive Board met virtually to begin the year. The focus of the meeting was on the composition of FITEQ Committees and reviewing the competition calendar as well as the VIP Table Donation Program

In the span of just a few years, Teqball has gone from an infant sport to a rapidly growing member of GAISF. Fresh off the 2021 World Championships, the young sport remains focused on the future and hopes of Olympic inclusion.

The election was held during a Virtual General Assembly, where AIMS President Stephan Fox, who is also General Secretary of International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA), was unanimously re-elected for a four-year term.
