Seeking to book a spot in the UEFA Champions League 3rd Qualifying Round, Raków Częstochowa take a one-goal lead over Qarabağ into the second leg of their 2nd qualifying round matchup on Wednesday at Bakı Olimpiya Stadionu.

In last week's opening leg, Raków won 3-2 at Miejski Stadion Piłkarski Raków. Fabian Piasecki scored first for Raków Czestochowa in the 71st minute. Sonny Kittel also found the net. Redon Xhixha led the Azerbaijani side with two goals, scoring in the 73rd and 75th minute.

Xhixha leads Qarabağ in European qualifying this season with four goals. With two goals, Lukasz Zwolinski is the leading scorer in European qualifying for Raków.

The hosts have scored in each of their last 16 matches across all competitions. They have netted in every match since a Conference League meeting with Gent in February.

Hosts Qarabağ won their only Champions League qualifying contest to date at Tofiq Bəhramov adına Respublika stadionu.

Raków, meanwhile, won their only qualifying match on their travels.

They had three first-half goals, while their opponents netted three times in the first 45 minutes. Raków have won four, drawn one and lost one in their last six. They scored 11 and conceded three in that stretch, netting first in four of the six. They had only one goal in the first half, while their opponents failed to find the net before the break.
