Authorities in Guanajuato captured a man who was caught urinating on public roads, who was found in possession of 30 doses of marijuana after he was subjected to a review due to the administrative offense he had committed.
During the early hours of this Sunday, April 24, municipal police officers of San Felipe were carrying out patrolling in the Esquipulas neighborhood, where they noticed the presence of a man who fulfilled his “physiological needs on public roads”.
The subject, identified as Jorge “N”, 38, was arrested and examined by the uniformed men in Cantarranas Street, where he was found a bag containing a dry green grass with the characteristics of marijuana, for approximately 30 doses”, and was consigned to the appropriate authorities.
Jorge “N”, who probably would have gone unnoticed if he had refrained from urinating on public roads, could be tried for crimes against health after being reviewed for civic misconduct, which only merits a financial fine.
The Ministry of Public Security of Guanajuato (SSP) reported the incident in which the man was arrested, as well as two other unrelated events in which doses of drugs were also secured.
In the community of Yostiro, corresponding to the municipality of Pueblo Nuevo, the state uniformed personnel noticed the presence of a man riding a motorcycle without license plates on the Irapuato-Pueblo state highway, so they proceeded to mark the halt.
The subject, after realizing the request of the authorities, accelerated the vehicle to try to flee from the authorities, after which a persecution broke out that led to his capture, for which he was carried out “a preventive review, he was found among his belongings, a bag containing a dry green grass with characteristics of marijuana, for an approximate 10 doses, in addition to two doses of a granulated and transparent substance with the characteristics of the crystal,” reported the SSP.
Authorities managed to identify the subject as 49-year-old Ignacio “N”, a subject traveling on board an Italika motorcycle, tourism line and model 2018 in black with red, which also lacked a traffic card and which was insured by the authorities.
Similarly, in the municipality of Cuerámaro “elements of the FSPE when patrolling Ernesto Cedillo Street, in the Chapetes neighborhood, managed to secure a man who was in possession of 10 doses of a granulated and transparent substance with the characteristics of glass. The detainee identified himself as a minor, without being able to prove him there.”
The three incidents left a total of 52 doses of drugs insured, between glass and marijuana, which were made available to the competent authorities, who will carry out the appropriate steps to determine the responsibility and determine the legal responsibility of the detainees.
