Fan fanaticism can reach unthinkable limits. An unusual situation caught all eyes on Santa Cruz's defeat to ASA by Brazil's Serie D. A supporter of the local team invaded the playing field after the match to teach the goalkeeper of his team how to save: he began to make imaginary leaps in the area a few meters from the football player. After the little show, the security officers removed it from the lawn.

A few hours later, the follower went viral on social networks for his actions in the face of the frustrating start of the season by his club, with a fall and a draw on the two dates that have been played so far. The fan was dressed in the Santa Cruz shirt and a white piluso that fell to the floor every jump he hit to show Klever how he should do his job. The goalkeeper, sad about the recent 1-2 defeat, looked at him for a few seconds and then went to the locker room.

Coach Leston Junior did not hide the pain for the result that was seen in Arruda. The match marked the team's reunion with the tricolor fans, who returned to the stadium stands in good numbers after more than two years: almost 20 thousand fans were present. “The fans did their part. In fact, the Cruceña fans always do their part. He always did. It's an indescribable passion. To the same extent, it has to have a combustible effect so that we return to this hobby the trust they placed in us,” explained the coach in front of the microphones.

He added about the support they received: “This is only possible to improve even more so that as soon as possible we can generate joy to this fans. I come here and I apologize, I think it is little for what the fans deserve. The fans deserve an apology within a victory in the next match so that when we play here at home again the fan will feel confident to come and see their team again.”

With the defeat, ASA consolidated the leadership of Group 4 of the Serie D with six units and is the only one in the group with 100% of the points played. The situation in Santa Cruz is complicated. With one point added in two games, the Tricolor is in seventh place and may fall to the last position when the day closes this Sunday.
