President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) reported that after having supervised the progress of the section of the Poza Rica-Ozuluama highway in the state of Veracruz, he will spend the rest of his weekend with his youngest son Jesús Ernesto López Gutiérrez, who turned his birthday this Saturday, April 23.

Through his Twitter account, the Mexican president recounted the actions he carried out during his tour in Veracruz and later reported that his youngest son, as a result of his marriage to writer Beatriz Gutiérrez Müller, turned 15 years old.

“We started the tour on Thursday in Veracruz and supervised highways in the north of that state and the Huasteca Potosina. Tomorrow I return to Mexico City and we will spend the day with Jesús Ernesto, who turned 15 today,” wrote the Tabasqueño on social networks.

Before the publication of López Obrador, users of that platform questioned the Chief Executive the accuracy of the photograph: “Don't you have real photos with your son? How strange are you uploading photomontages of that”, “Didn't I have a current one? One that wasn't edited? ”, were some of the reactions expressed by netizens.

However, some reminded him of the case of Debanhi Escobar, a young man whose body was recently found inside a cistern in the state of Nuevo León. While others took up the anecdote that López Obrador told the media where he narrated that he scolded his youngest son for questioning him about the construction of the Maya Train.

In addition, it was during his morning press conference on April 20 that the Chief Executive narrated that his youngest son called on him to “destroy the jungle”, so he had to explain to him the construction of one of his administration's megaprojects.

“Hey, how are they destroying the jungle,” said AMLO as he recounted Jesús Ernesto's claims. “Let's see, let's see boy,” the president replied to his son to reject the arguments against the Mayan Train. “Children have a love for nature and are better educated and progress has undoubtedly been made in ecological awareness,” added López Obrador.
