Marysol Sosa recalled how she lived in her childhood the alcoholism of José José

The second daughter of the “Prince of Song” revealed what was the most painful thing for her during her childhood due to her father's health problems

One of the things that seriously damaged José José's health was his alcoholism, which was a major obstacle in his career. After the tequila controversy that a person sought to launch with the singer's name, Marysol Sosa revealed what it was like for her to live with her father's addiction as a child.

Marysol Sosa, the second daughter of the Prince of Song, confessed that in her childhood she did not witness alcoholism affect her father, but it was because her mother, Anel Noreña, was aware that her children did not have to see José José in his worst moments.

“In this regard, I had a lot of mother, I was very careful, I was a very careful girl about it. As the years went by, you obviously grow up, you become aware of which foot each of your parents limps,” the singer said to the camera of Sale el Sol.

As the first daughter of the prisoner interpreter recalled, the most painful thing she had to do with her parents was when they began the process of getting divorced. Marysol stressed that at that time her mother also took care of her of the image that José José could give her.

However, she did admit that at school they bothered her, mocking that her father was an alcoholic. He even recounted an occasion when he confronted one of his friends because of the comments he was making, although he emphasized that these types of fights are counted with the fingers.

I got to mess with my friend in elementary school, because 'oh, your dad is drunk', and chin, that I pulled him out of the braid and I almost got the lunch box and I took out the sandwich and that's it, that's it,” she said with laughter.

He assured that, once the youth arrived, when he understood his father's health problems, he simply “reaches a point where you understand and accept and forgive and nothing happens.”

On the other hand, the daughter of the Prince of Song revealed that she has not been able to talk to her mother or brother, José Joel, about the proposals that each one has to remember their father with a product in tribute to their career, but she loved the idea of launch a unisex lotion.

She also said she was grateful to the people who have shared with the family proposals for different products that could be put on the market in honor of José José, but she did not mention the tequila controversy that one person intended to launch with the singer's name.

Last March, it transpired that a young student from the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Fresnillo was trying to launch his brand of tequila José José , but the project was slowed down for legal reasons.

At that time, Noreña expressed upset at the idea and assured that alcohol had ruined her family's life.

“Alcohol undid our lives. I'm not interested, the names are mine. Although he paid, they stole his money, with that I tell you everything. They're not going to give him the brand or anything and he got into a legal mess,” he said in the program Ventaneando.
