Vladimir Cerrón threatens the head of the Dircote: “We will see each other in judicial courts”

The secretary general of Peru Libre was very obfuscated to learn that General Oscar Arriola had made a request for the Dircote to preliminarily arrest Vladimir Cerrón.

Vladimir Cerrón, general secretary of the Peru-Libre political party, did not hesitate to say that he will file a complaint against the head of the Directorate Against Terrorism (Dircote) of the National Police, General Óscar Arriola, after the agent commented that had requested the Public Prosecutor's Office to issue house arrest against the former regional governor of Junín.

Through his Twitter account, Cerrón said that he will take him to court after this comment, implying that he is indeed a terrorist.

“Gen. Oscar Arriola, head of the Dircote, publicly states that he asked for my arrest for terrorism, inferring that one is such. We will see you in the courts, Mr. General, I hope you rise to the occasion,” he wrote on social networks.

It is worth mentioning that hours earlier, General Arriola had declared to the press that one of the actions that Dircote had taken during his administration was to raise the preliminary arrest of Vladimir Cerrón.

“The police requested preliminary detention, but we have a code of criminal procedure and a Public Prosecutor's Office that is the holder of the criminal action. But we as technicians request the arrest of Vladimir Cerrón and others,” said Arriola.

During the activity in which the police and military officers who fought terrorism were honored, General Arriola avoided responding about the links between the founder of the Peru-Libre party and the government of President Pedro Castillo, as well as whether the institution he leads has the support of the Government.

This is a political question (...) and I still have a lot to do because we have to fight terrorism until the desired national pacification is achieved. We must consolidate national pacification,” he said.

CERRÓN SITUATION AFTER INVESTIGATIONS

Vladimir Cerrón currently has a warrant to appear with restrictions as part of investigations against him for alleged links to terrorist factions in the Vraem.

Judge Soledad Barrueto ordered this restriction against Cerrón Rojas on Saturday, April 9, in response to the Public Ministry's request that the Secretary General of Peru Libre comply with restrictions such as not being absent from his place of residence without judicial authorization or the obligation to communicate his change of address.

In addition, he must attend summons issued by the Judiciary and the Public Prosecutor's Office on the fixed days and times, justify his activities every fortnight, and he will also have to pay a security of S/5 thousand.

It is worth mentioning that Cerrón is prohibited from communicating with witnesses in the case and those co-investigated, nor can he go to clandestine places.

CERRÓN AND ATTORNEY ROSA MARIA PALACIOS TELL EACH OTHER ABOUT EVERYTHING IN TW

Vladimir Cerrón, and lawyer Rosa María Palacios had a strong discussion on social media after the journalist also suggested that elections should be held in the face of the political and social crisis facing the country.

“There are already about 50 congressmen who could vote to advance elections. Can you get 16 more? Their biggest prize is going down in history as heroes. I think there are,” said RMP.

Given this, he also investigated for irregularities in the GORE of Junín, told him that “Coup lady take a Diazepam 10 mg, an Alprazolam 0.5 mg and if you can't buy yourself clumped water, but don't panic.”

However, the lawyer did not remain silent and decided to respond to the secretary general of Peru Libre this “medical indication”.

“Are you authorized to prescribe medication without having evaluated me? Isn't that an ethical fault for a neurologist? We will win. Save this tweet. You don't need to dope me. On the contrary. More awake than ever. We will win and you know it. That's why he's afraid of me,” he explained.
