Atalanta returned to triumph, partially, in Serie A through the Colombian combination. Luis Fernando Muriel and Duván Zapata were responsible for extending the lead in their team's match against Venezia as a visitor. The Colombian 'Toro' scored his first goal in 2022 after returning from a long injury to the adductor tendon.

The score that meant the 2-0 was given at the start of the second half, at minute 47. The football was recovered by Remo Freuler in the middle of the field and got a deep pass for Luis Fernando Muriel. The Colombian at the point of technical ability left his defender on the floor to enter the area and give an assist to Duván Zapata, who simply had to push the ball to the back of the net.

With the partial victory, Atalanta has 54 points, four units in the Europa League area, and adds its first victory after a long losing streak and draw that reached five matches.
