They denounce that FARC dissidents trained young people to perpetrate a pistol plan in Ciudad Bolivar

Recently, there was a serious complaint made by the inhabitants of one of the towns with the most problems of violence in Bogotá, Ciudad Bolívar. According to some accounts, members of the FARC dissidents were instrumentalizing minors from that area of the capital.

In the television news report Noticias Uno, they learned that a complainant went to the Secretariat of Security to warn that the recruits are being taken from the Meissen, Arborizadora and Altos de la Estancia neighborhoods to train in rural areas of Icononzo (Tolima), within the Sumapaz region. There, he said, they are teaching them about the handling of long weapons, explosives and they would also be enlisting him to perpetrate a pistol plan against the uniformed men of that town.

The man reiterated that 'Mechas' and 'Donkey', the criminal leaders of the self-described dissidents fronts 33 and 10, are responsible for the attack on the CAI, and assured that it was a street dweller, addicted to narcotics, who activated the explosive.

In addition, the subject assured that they are planning attacks against two members of the Historical Pact who reside in that town and against some of the former FARC combatants, who are now congressmen of the Commons Party.

In Noticias Uno they consulted with the District Security Secretariat, where they were told that they transferred the information to the competent authorities.

“The version, like any information brought to the attention of the Secretariat, is transferred to the research agencies for analysis and verification in order to confirm or discard it,” they said.
