Sergio Ibarra, one of the top scorers in Peruvian football, had an extensive interview with journalist Jesús 'El Tanke' Arias. The 'Checho', true to his style, did not save anything and recalled an anecdote with Luis' Cuto 'Guadalupe. The Argentina-born said that he had a special rivalry with the defender and that on several occasions they almost ended up beating each other.

The one I always fought with and wanted to hold on to horns was' Cuto '. We hated each other, I entered the court and I knew that I was going to face him, I already knew what was going to happen because he talked and enjoyed a lot, on top of that it hit you badly. It's not that he wanted to hurt you, but his way of playing, hit you a lot and they didn't charge him anything,” 'Checho' started in dialogue with the 'Tanke' for PTR.

I was looking for your mouth. When I touched him, whenever he was in the middle, we looked at each other and told each other everything,” said the former striker with a smile on his face.

The current sports commentator revealed that they later became close friends when they met in Juan Aurich in Chiclayo. “It's a tipazo,” he said. Guadalupe and Ibarra played together in the 2009 season in the 'Cyclone del Norte'.
