The well-known ghostbusters Carlos Trejo assured that thanks to his intervention the remains of the iconic urban rock singer Rodrigo González, Amanditita's father, were not exhumed in a pantheon in Tampico, Tamaulipas.
The Prophet of Nopal, as is remembered, died on September 19, 1985 after Mexico City struck one of the largest earthquakes in its history, which had a magnitude of 8.1 degrees on the Richtet scale. According to documented information, the epicenter was located in the Pacific Ocean, near the mouth of the Balsas River in Michoacán.
In an interview with TVNotas, the Ghostbusters revealed that when questioning the commission of the cemetery about who are the celebrities who rest in the Pantheon of the Trinity, the man confessed to him that the remains of the Metro Balderas interpreter lie there.
Carlos Trejo also commented that Amandititita would have stopped going to the cemetery, however, despite the fact that the managers asked him to pay for life for the tomb, the singer did not make the payment, so the account continued.
“The worst thing is that just that day I went, they were three days away from exhuming the bones, putting it in a plastic bag with a license plate and sending it to the mass grave, it was a cruel thing to me! ; even, the director of the pantheon told me very sadly,” the ghostbusters told the entertainment magazine.
Faced with the alleged payment not made by Rodrigo González's daughter, Carlos Trejo assured that he settled part of the debt together with his team, which, according to his statements, amounted to a sum of 10,000 pesos. However, the cemetery manager told Trejo that on Amandititita's last visit to her father's grave she was accompanied by one of the members of the Mexican rock group Kinky.
In addition, the author of Cañitas said that he would not take any weight on Amandititita since the payment of the alleged debt did so “as a way to give a little recognition to someone who deserves it and that the 1985 earthquake cut off his life like many people.”
As for his research, Trejo pointed out that standing in front of the tomb of the interpreter of I don't have time, a tree that stood next to his remains was set on fire as part of the manifestation of his spirit. As stated by the ghostbusters, this event was witnessed by about 40 witnesses.
Finally, Carlos Trejo asked Amandititita to contact the cemetery, since half of the alleged debt remains from the perpetuity of the tomb of one of the musicians that inspired an entire generation.
“There are another ten thousand pesos left and it is your responsibility, but if you don't, I will return to settle the debt, we have a year to prevent it from going to the mass grave,” he concluded.
Rodrigo González was 34 years old when he died. During the 1985 earthquake, he was at his home in the Juárez neighborhood accompanied by his romantic partner Francois Bardinet.
