The possibility of Javier Chicharito Hernández returning to the Mexican National Team is null and void because on several occasions the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) as well as Gerardo Martino, coach of the Tri, have dismissed his call. However, his colleagues would resent his absence.
One of them is Jesús Tecatito Corona. Recently in an interview for TUDN, the Sevilla player spoke of Hernández Balcázar's veto and confessed that he will miss his presence in the upcoming Tri calls, especially for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
The striker acknowledged Javier Chicharito's experience with the national team, so he pointed out that he and other footballers would like to see him back with the Aztec team because of the gifts he would bring to the team; however, he made it clear that a call for the Galaxy player no longer depends on the players.
This was detailed by Tecatito for TUDN:
He also stressed that it is difficult for him to talk about it because of the appreciation he has for the MLS scorer and because he is considered one of the top scorers in the history of the National Team.
“He has a lot of experience, he's a good person but calling him is no longer our business, so it's complicated when they ask that question. But, that we respect him, yes and a lot,” said the 29-year-old footballer.
Throughout the World Cup qualifier, on different occasions the fans acclaimed the call of Javier Hernández because the performance of the Aztec team did not dazzle and it was believed that Mexico would fall into the repechage to go to Qatar 2022.
