The legendary American boxer Mike Tyson became the protagonist of a scandalous episode after he hit a fan in the cockpit of an airplane this Wednesday night.
According to information provided by the US portal TMZ Sport, the incident occurred at 10:30 at night, minutes before the former boxer left for Florida from San Francisco International Airport.
In the images shared by the media in question, it was possible to see the moment when Iron Mike lost his cool and repeatedly hit the face of the young man who seemed to be bothering him from his seat, located behind Tyson's.
A witness who boarded the same plane as the two characters in question told TMZ that the former heavyweight champion was initially friendly with the young man and the other passengers, to the point of having taken a selfie with him. In turn, the man detailed that the fan became too intense with his fanaticism to the point of having screwed him up.
Apparently, the 44-year-old former fighter got fed up with the situation and putting up with the young man talking to hatred all the time, and it was there that he asked him to calm down. Excited to have in front of one of the best fighters in the world, the boy did not stop and that's when Tyson turned around and started throwing several punches at him.
Later, the fan's friend, who was filming the moment, told him to put himself in profile to show the aftermath of the violent beating. With gestures of sadness, the young man turned and some traces of blood could be seen at the height of his temple.
According to the witness, Mike Tyson would have gotten off the plane seconds after starring in the violent episode. At the same time, he commented that the young man received medical assistance and subsequently went to the police.
The TMZ portal tried to communicate with the authorities but they did not have a response. At the same time, they also spoke with the US low-cost company JetBlue and the Tyson environment, but they did not comment on it either.
