Six days after the deadline for the defense of Dairo Antonio Úsuga, alias Otoniel, to file legal action to prevent his extradition to the United States, the Colombian authorities say that the former paramilitary chief has not acted. The Ministry of Defense confirms that until April 20, the order signed by President Iván Duque to send the criminal to the North American country has not been appealed.
