“Fast and Furious 10″: Vin Diesel confirmed the film's official title

The successful car franchise, which today stars more by secret agents than men of engines, advanced with its new film and as it is a significant number it continues to add stars. But at the moment the novelty is the confinement of the official title: Fast X. The formerly called Fast and Furious 10 now has its original name and was announced by the franchise leader Vin Diesel.

It was Dominic Toretto himself who announced this Wednesday that one of the recordings of the tenth film installment that will return to Justin Lin, who directed Fast 9 and four other installments of the franchise, are on the day, back behind the cameras. There are already several announcements for this new film.

The actor who premiered Dune in 2021 was first announced and is in full countdown to the premiere of Aquaman 2. Jason Momoa will be the star and the new enemy of the Torettos, as confirmed on Twitter by the Fast and Furious account: “Fast's family continues to grow. Welcome, Jason Momoa.”

Then the other important announcement was for Oscar winner and Marvel superhero Brie Larson. Through social media, Vin Diesel shared a photograph of the two laughing together to make the announcement official: “Yes, yes, yes... You see this angel on my shoulder making me laugh, you say to yourself, 'That's Captain Marvel. ' There is clearly love and laughter in this image. However, what they don't see is the character that they will introduce you to in Fast 10″. In addition to these two, they confirmed Daniela Melchior, current member of the Suicide Squad.

This long list of stars is not uncommon for the car franchise. The last villain was John Cena and he played Dominic Toretto's brother in Fast and Furious 9 (this film was one of those that spearheaded the recovery of the public in theaters). Without going into details of the plot and after the events of the ninth installment of the franchise, came the titles and the post-credit scene in which the return of Jason Statham is seen. Another one who returned to “the family” is Sung Kang, who in an interview with Entertainment Weekly confessed that the next step in the franchise had to do with Gisele, the character played by Gal Gadot. Although there is no confirmation of his return, it could be a possibility.

Fast X, or Fast and Furious 10, would have the stable cast consisting of Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang and Vin Diesel. And Jason Statham, John Cena, Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren would return. What's new for Chapter 10 is just as powerful.

The tenth installment of Fast and Furious will arrive in the first half of next year.
