After the successful opening of a new edition of the Book Fair in Bogotá, today will be the second day of the literary meeting that will end on May 2nd. In Corferias, as scheduled for today, there will be dialogue meetings, workshops and cultural exhibitions that will surprise the hundreds of citizens who will be attending the event. From 8:00 in the morning, as seen on the official website of the FilBo, the different activities will begin.

Between 11:00 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., attendees of the fair will be able to see on the stage of the Cultural Tent, a montage of three actors who will give life to Don Quixote. With the help of Luz de Luna, a theatrical collective, the artists will involve the public in the play. The characters will be full of doubts and confusions when they realize that each one rehearsed a totally different work, so, with the help of the spectators, they will give direction to the story, from scratch. The composition will be based on the animation of some objects and some passages from the classic Quixote.

Activities related to Korean classical culture will be held around 12:00am and 2:00pm. For example, a Hankob test, which refers to the experience of wearing a Hanbok, traditional Korean dress. Likewise, Green Light (the flower of Mugunghwa) will be played, a practice that gained international popularity with the arrival on Netflix of the series 'the game the squid', where participants have to reach the finish line without being caught first.

At 2:00 in the afternoon there will be a similar experience when a class is held to make a miniature Hanbok, with paper. At that same time, Kim Isaac will be writing the names of those attending, who so wish, in Korean calligraphy. Around 3:00pm, attendees will be able to live the experience of wearing a Hanbok. Between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Kim Sujung and Andrés Montañés will talk about the world of picture books.

An hour later, at 6:00 p.m., in addition to the Hanbok test, those wearing traditional Korean dress will be able to take a picture against the background of a traditional house. At 5:00pm, the possibility of creating traditional Korean postcards will be offered, at the same time as a workshop on the creation of Korean-style book dividers will be held.

Around 5:00pm, in the middle of the literary translation forums (African oral tradition in translation), an artistic journey through African oral folklore is expected from Blaise Cendrars's Anthologie Nègre. This will be carried out by the workshops of the Diploma in Translation of Literary Texts from French into Spanish of the Caro y Cuervo Institute and ACTTI. There will be a guest percussionist from Tumaco, Nariño, named Gustavo Colorado.

Likewise, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Daniel Samper Ospina will be making a special appearance with his 'P of Polombia'. “Exhausted by the pandemic, by the excesses of power, and by the little forgiveness of the powerful, I present to the Polombians this pack of pellets to pass the penalty: published by the magazine Semana (from which I hurriedly started), they perorate the Pulitzer Peace Prize (or was it Nobel?) , preach on Petro, Pachito, Paloma, and other characters”, reads in the review of the participation that the writer and influencer will have.
