More than a month since the violent chapter occurred in the stands of La Corregidora Stadium in Queretaro during the Los Gallos Blancos match against Atlas, the Attorney General's Office of the State of Querétaro (FGE) reported that it linked four more people to trial.

In an official statement, he specified that an initial hearing was held in which four men who had an arrest warrant were presented for their probable participation in the fight recorded on March 5, 2022 in a football match in the Liga MX.

After the hearing, a supervising judge of the Judiciary linked them to prosecution for the crimes of violence in sports events and the crime of attempted homicide. Only one of them will remain in justified pretrial detention, while the rest will continue their trial with precautionary measures.

This was detailed by the FGE of Querétaro:

“As a result of this initial hearing, the Judicial Supervisory Judge determined justified preventive detention for one of them; while the other 3 accused face precautionary measures at large, under the supervision of the competent authority.”
