Fans of influencer Natalia Segura, better known on social media as La Segura, were surprised and very moved, after she shared emotional statements for their mental health status, which has been affected in recent months.
It was through her Instagram stories, where she has more than eight million followers, the place where la caleña assured that God's help has been indispensable to recover from the difficulties she has faced since mid-2021 when she fell ill.
“Daddy God is always there. When he doesn't really run out of strength, his strength begins,” the young woman said after one of her followers asked her, through the option of questions and answers, how she felt emotionally.
Later, Natalia recounted several of the processes she had to face when she was hospitalized for several months in a hospital and even acknowledged that she needed psychological help due to the crisis she was going through.
What the content creator said caused so much shock that on social networks her statements went viral, after the influencer assured that she suffered so much that she even had “the complete desire to live, I was wrong, bad is wrong”, she shared.
However, Natalia highlighted the help that the psychiatric professional gave her in her process and gave her a part of peace of mind to her followers, who were worried about what was said on the social network of the color box. “In these seven months I have experienced things that you don't even know, problems that I have had to solve, that is, a lot of things. I felt that I couldn't cope with life alone, thousands of things were happening to me at the same time, I didn't understand and they are professionals in the subject and decided to medicate me for depression,” he said.
However, although the medications they prescribed helped her with the symptoms she was facing, La Segura acknowledges that it brought her some adverse effects, although she does not neglect the fact that it alleviated the chronic pain she suffered.
Already in the final stages of her emotional statement, the youtuber also recommended to her more than eight million fans on the internet that, if they face problems of any kind, do not hesitate to raise their hands and seek help to get ahead in the midst of the inconveniences. “It's not that I feel that I am a depressed woman, but that these are difficult times when I needed help. Believe me it helped me impressively. Seek help when you feel that you need it, but not because of any stupidity, because of a tusa, no, when you feel it is necessary,” he concluded.
Natalia's statements were shared by an Instagram account dedicated to collecting the statements of famous Colombians. In the comments, several netizens wished the young woman a speedy recovery and wished that she would soon be the same as before, that she made them laugh with her occurrences and that she reflected on her very successful social networks.
