Hector Parra vs Ginny Hoffman: actor is bankrupt after being arrested for alleged sexual abuse

After the interim hearing of the case of Hector Parra, who was denounced by former partner Ginny Hoffman and his daughter Alexa Parra for sexual abuse and corruption of minors, it was revealed that the actor's financial situation is at a bad time.

It was his firstborn Daniela Parra, who delved into the morning Venga la Alegría about the money difficulties that both she and her father have had to face during these months that the artist is in pre-trial detention.

“Economically, it has gone, it has gone badly. as you know my dad for a long time they threw projects at him, they threw a lot of things at him because of this situation. The moment they apprehend him, my dad is without a weight, so the world fell on me because my dad didn't leave any money,” he said.

The fact is that Hector Parra's oldest daughter has defended her father's innocence from the beginning and has sought to do everything necessary so that the actor can soon be released from prison.

“Yes, (I am bankrupt), what else would I like to say no, but yes. It's very difficult, I get anxiety attacks and sometimes it's too much for me. I know that for my dad too,” he delved.

Likewise, Daniela noted that during this legal framework she has found a way to stay together with her father, since both are written continuously and that is a comfort for her.

“Every time we see each other we exchange letters, he always starts his letters with: 'Muñe linda' and with that he kills me and I say: 'Oh, my dad, I miss him so muñe'”, he said.

Faced with questions as to whether Hofmann and Alexa have requested reparatory measures such as financial compensation, Daniela mentioned that they did, but added that they were not willing to compromise.

“They have asked for an amount of money that I don't know, nor do I care, because the amount they want is not there and I'm not going to give it to them. Within all that also comes a public apology, several things that we are not going to do because my dad is innocent,” he added.

It should be recalled that during a recent meeting with the media in the vicinity of the Oriente Prison, Daniela Parra confessed that she was under psychiatric treatment due to the emotional ravages of her father's arrest.

“My dad and I are very safe and calm with the new defense. I didn't have a good time, in fact, I started on antidepressants. It's a pretty extensive topic, not only is my dad in prison, but also my sister, social pressure... that doesn't even let me get out of bed,” he said to the microphones.

It was at the end of 2020 when Hector Parra's ex-wife, Ginny Hoffman and his daughter Alexa gave interviews in which they assured that the histrion committed harassment for years. In this regard, the case continues to escalate since in February 2022 the celebrity was formally accused by the CDMX Prosecutor's Office for allegedly committing sexual abuse and corruption of minors.

“Because of the fact that the law indicates as a crime of sexual abuse committed against a person under fourteen years of age, aggravated and corrupted minors, aggravated in the grievance of the victim of initials A.P.H. who suffered these behaviors from the age of 6 to 14 years of age,” the statement reads that shared Hoffman from social media.

In this regard, it was stipulated that Héctor Parra will remain in pretrial detention until a resolution of the case is given.
