Amazon is in full expansion in different regions of Colombia, so it announced the creation of 400 new customer service positions in the country.
Alejandro Filloy, director of Customer Service for Latin America, said the plan is to create totally virtual jobs, which helps people have a better quality of life.
The multinational assured that the contracting is due to its expansion project through Atlántico, Santander, Caldas, Quindio and Risaralda.
Because it is an international organization, Amazon is looking for people who have advanced English and Portuguese skills, as they will have to serve customers from other countries.
Those interested must live in Colombia, be citizens or have a legal work permit, as well as a high-speed internet connection available all the time. To apply, interested parties must enter the link: www.amazon.jobs/Colombia and search for the option that best matches the interested party's profile.

Other jobs in the customer service sector
A company in the BPO sector has 500 vacancies in Bogotá, Medellin and Manizales for sales agents, customer service and collection advisors. Of these jobs, 400 are specifically for Bogotá, Medellín and Manizales, for the positions of call center advisor in the sale of financial products and collection advisors.
The requirements to apply for these positions are: to be an academic bachelor, with a good commercial attitude, and you must have at least four months experience in call center, telemarketing, sales in the financial or telecommunications sectors.
