Gerardo Bazua sued Paulina Rubio again for full custody of her son

A few weeks ago Colate demanded the same thing with similar arguments, now complicating his start on the tour with Alejandra Guzmán

Paulina Rubio is one of the most successful and popular Mexican singers in Spanish pop culture, as her songs have marked more than one generation. However, the scandals in her career seem to be part of it and now one more is added as it has become known that La Chica Dorada has been sued, again, for full custody of one of her children, just a few days after starting her new tour with Alejandra Guzmán.

On this occasion, the plaintiff is Gerardo Bazúa, who seems to no longer agree with sharing custody of the child they have in common, Eros, who is only 6 years old, as according to the TV program Azteca Ventaneando, he has already applied to the Miami family court to grant him full parental responsibility for his son due, in particular, to two issues: the first because, according to the accusation, Paulina has led to the child's school delay due to constant absences from school and the second, because she has taken the child out of the country without warning him.

Although the singer has not mentioned anything on his social networks, Pati Chapoy's show program had access to the documentation of the case entered in the family court last April 8 and where Gerardo Bazúa specifies that because Paulina Rubio apparently has not taken the child to school for long periods - that could be because of the press tours - so he now has a delay in his learning “of at least a year”, which is why he has been returned to kindergarten.

Therefore, the composer is also arguing that the performer of hits such as I Am Not That Woman, Y Yo Sigo Aquí and I Will Do It For You have no interest in the minor to the degree that whether he studies or not he is indifferent, this being a great penalty in the United States, a country that is much more rigorous in this kinds of issues and for which Paulina could easily lose full custody if it were found that what Bazua mentioned was real.

In the past, the former couple signed an agreement specifying that as regards the child's trips, he must be given at least five days' notice of such trips, which did not happen when Paulina recently took him to California and Costa Rica, according to Bazua; in fact, this last trip occurred in the days that Gerardo had to live with his son according to the information given by the program hosted by Daniel Bisogno and Pedrito Sola.

This situation would have escalated to heated decision-making on the part of both of them, since in Paulina's case she has tried to have the least contact with the father of her son, as well as a not so positive attitude towards Eros meeting him, while Bazua requests to keep the child's passport to prevent this trip without he is warned; he also asks to be compensated with longer living with the minor and that during such cohabitation, a nanny is not present.

Just a few weeks ago it became known on the same program that La Chica Dorada was being sued by businessman Colate in Miami, United States, to obtain the full custody of their son Andrea Nicolás. The reasons would be related to two recent problems that the minor faced at the beginning of the month; the first for allegedly contracting COVID-19 and not being attended by the singer, as well as a letter from the school where he is attending and she is asked that the minor not remain inconsistent with his attendance, being somewhat similar the cases.
