The positions that give the greatest pleasure and that few Colombians include in their sexual encounters

Experimenting within sexual life has become an increasingly discussed topic within couples who seek to get out of everyday life and keep the 'flame burning' within a relationship. Good communication in a couple is essential for the development of this over time, in the same way trying new things that impact sexual life and that this does not become a repetitive routine.

However, there are few couples who, in Colombia, dare to try some positions during sexual encounters which, according to experts, are the ones that produce the most pleasure. This was demonstrated by a recent study carried out by the mobile application for extramarital dating Gleeden, which has more than 16 thousand registered users in Colombia.

In consultation with experts, the platform established the five sexual positions that guarantee the greatest pleasure during the encounter, and after that it consulted with its users in the country if they had experimented with these. The surprise is that only one of them is the most common practice by Colombians in sexual relations.

1. 69: According to the experts of the mobile application, this is one of the positions that people talk about the most, but paradoxically, in Colombia, few seem to go through to include it in their sexual encounters. Of the more than 16,000 users consulted, only 45% said that this is one of their favorite experiences in the middle of sex.

From the platform they suggest that it be part of relationships, since it is one of the best because it guarantees that both people have a moment of pleasure at the same time.

2. 'Corkscrew': Contrary to the former, this position is not as well known to the national public. This is a posture in which the woman should be placed on the edge of the bed or on a bench, resting on the hip and forearm on one side or on her back. For more pleasure, the suggestion is that the woman keep her thighs tight and thus generate greater pressure in the relationship.

Again, Colombians indicated that they did not perform this position in their sexual encounters, only 23% said they had practiced it.

3. G-Whiz: In this case, as the name suggests, this is an ideal position to stimulate women's G-spot. It consists in the woman lying on her back on the surface, while the man kneels in front of her; according to experts it is “a great opportunity to give new meaning to sexual pleasure”.

This is the least experienced sexual position by the more than 16,000 Gleeden users in Colombia, as only 10% said they had done so.

4. Ballet dancer: Although the position may sound uncomfortable for some people, about 30% of respondents said they had practiced it and, in addition, added that they enjoyed it.

This position is done when the two people are standing, the woman stands on one foot and with the other leg she 'hugs' her partner to support each other, while they look at each other. According to experts, the position is especially “recommended for greater connection and intimacy because they will be looking at each other and helping each other all the time.”

5. Doggy style: Finally, one of the positions that gives the most pleasure in sexual encounters and, it is the only one in this list that is the most common among Colombians. In this position the woman should be in four while her partner is behind, it is ideal because it is also one of those that most stimulates the G-spot, but also allows self-stimulation, which can increase the woman's pleasure.

According to the Colombians surveyed, more than 70% said that it is one of the most common positions in their intimate encounters.

According to Silvia Rubíes, Gleeden's representative in Colombia, in many love relationships infidelity occurs due to monotony within life as a couple and, especially, sexuality. “According to recent studies, relationships tend to get into a constant monotony, therefore, infidelity is making its way, precisely because it brings spaces to experiment. If couples decide to include new elements in their intimacy and appeal to creativity, the effects will surely be very positive and the former will be avoided.”
