Campaigns for the presidency are progressing by candidates in different parts of the country. These days Sergio Fajardo is seen walking and sharing with the inhabitants of Cumaral, who, according to a Twitter post by the candidate himself, were surprised by the visit of Antioquia to make their proposals known for arriving at the Casa de Nariño.

Meanwhile, a few hours ago Fajardo himself came out to criticize his political contender Federico Gutiérrez of the Colombia Team after a meeting he would have had with former President Andrés Pastrana last Monday.

In a retweet by El Paisa, Fajardo commented on the photograph that Pastrana recently uploaded in which he sees himself talking with Federico, where he also captioned: “Yesterday we met Fico at my house and had a very cordial and productive discussion about the opportunities and challenges of his campaign, and the threat of fraud. I saw him very optimistic, but very outraged by Petro's pacts with drug trafficking and contracting cartels.”

At once, comments from users of the social network did not wait, criticizing the fact that their campaign was built through criticism of the other candidates and not with proposals, according to the post of the former mayor and governor of Antioquia, Sergio Fajardo.

Others asked Sergio to make some alliances that would allow him to reach the presidency and thus establish the change he intends for the country:

Federico Gutiérrez had previously met with former President César Gaviria head of the Liberal Party and former Vice President Germán Vargas Lleras. Although they have not publicly made a statement by them announcing some kind of support for the campaign of the former mayor of Medellín.

There was even talk of a possible alliance of the Centro Democrático al paisa, but nothing has been confirmed by either side, as the party led by former president Álvaro Uribe Vélez has yet to agree who they will support for the first presidential round after their candidate Oscar Iván Zuluaga resigned as a candidate presidential party to join, voluntarily and spontaneously, the campaign of Federico Gutiérrez.

There is less and less time left to be able to convince citizens through campaigns to vote for what seems to them to be the best political project for the country, thinking about the next 4 years that they will come with a new president for Colombia, where some issues become urgent both in national and international policies. representing climate change, economic openness, security, education, armed conflict and inflation, among others.
