Rosalia in Mexico: the memes left by the pre-sale of tickets for the Motomami World Tour

On April 19, the preferential pre-sale for Rosalia's concerts in Mexico opened, however, many people began to complain that they could not buy tickets on Ticketmaster for the Motomami World Tour.

This is why Twitter was flooded with complaints, memes and resignation comments to the point of turning the words Rosalia and Ticketmaster into a trend. Apparently, this ticket-selling company changed its code for preferential pre-sale several times, causing the anger of many people.

The dates for Rosalia's concerts in Mexico with her Motomami World Tour are as follows:

- August 14 at the National Auditorium in Mexico City

- August 17 at the Telmex Auditorium in Guadalajara,

- August 19 at the Citibanamex Auditorium in Monterrey.

Many people on Twitter complained that tickets to see Rosalia were already “sold” on the map of the National Auditorium in Mexico City, however, the places could not be selected even though the pre-sale was only a few minutes after it started.

It is important to clarify that this preferential pre-sale -or priority - is exclusive to Citibanamex users who have this benefit, however, as there were some confusions with the code, Internet users began to spread it on social networks and people in the general public took advantage of it.

Faced with this, there were even more problems for people who wanted to get their tickets, since they mentioned that Ticketmaster did not accept the codes and on the other hand, various reports and memes reported that the “password” had been changed.

Those wishing to see Rosalía will have more opportunities to buy their tickets, as the pre-sale for Citibanamex customers will take place on Wednesday, April 20 at 11:00 a.m. and Thursday, April 21 at 11:59 p.m., while the sale for the general public will take place from Friday, April 22 at 11:00 a.m. and Thursday, April 21 at 11:00 p.m. 11:00 hours.

In addition to the frustration generated by running out of tickets, other people complained about the price of tickets and even about the size of the venues, considering that the Spaniard could fill spaces such as the Foro Sol.
