Reality shows of various possible themes, which you can watch whenever you want and from wherever you want. In them you will see couples meeting again to solve their problems of the past, contestants competing in the world of fashion, among other topics of interest.
Reality television that does not show the protagonists' daily lives, their appointments, their coexistence, their work, etc. A camera that follows the participants to tell us what they do at each moment, what decisions they make and how they relate to others. From Orwell's Big Brother in the 1984 novel until today, on Netflix, we compile the most controversial ones.
1. Playing with fire
It is a British-American dating television show, premiered on April 7, 2020 on Netflix and produced by Fremantle. Created by Laura Gibson and Charlie Bennett, it is narrated and hosted by a virtual assistant named “Lana”. This project is formed with a group of singles who live together on a tropical beach and are prohibited from any kind of sexual contact. The contestants start with a collective prize of $100,000. Each violation subtracts a certain amount of money.
In January 2021, the program was renewed for a second and third season, both of which were filmed simultaneously amid the pandemic in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
2. Love with bail
Six couples will live three weeks of real madness in a spectacular villa in a paradisiacal place. The contestants defend that their love is proof of all kinds of hardships, but in Love with Bail they will realize whether it is true or not. There they can choose to win a succulent final prize of 100,000 euros. But, to do so, they will have to overcome the difficulties that arise.
3. Cielo para dos
The reality series features a group of young single and single women of Korean origin, who share an island without too many comforts. However, the challenge is for them to find their perfect partner, which will give them access to another island that has all the amenities, luxuries and pleasures of a hotel complex. This program and its participants quickly became a phenomenon within the platform. It had its release on December 18, 2021.
4. Next in Fashion
Next in Fashion is a series of fashion design competitions presented by two designers, Tan France and Alexa Chung. Follow designers from around the world as they compete for the chance to win $250,000 and release a collection on the luxury fashion retail site Net-a-Porter.
The contest was released in January 2020 and in June of the same year, Netflix announced that it was canceling the series after the first season. However, on the Instagram of the same it was announced that it would have a second season that would feature Tan France and Gigi Hadid.
5. Skin change: before and after
Plastic surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian and Nurse Jamie use the latest procedures to bring out the best in their clients. Its dynamic structure? Two cases per episode and eight episodes of about 40 minutes. Pure aesthetics at the service of the consumer.

6. The Ultimatum: decir “sí”, decir “adiós”
The Ultimatum brings together five couples in Austin, Texas, all of them consisting of one couple willing to marry, and another not so sure yet. It's worth noting that the reasons why they aren't sure if they want to tie the knot are still not “I want to keep my options open” and instead range from the reasonable “I want to finish college first,” to the extremely reasonable “let's make sure we agree or not about wanting children.” This production was released on April 6, 2020.
