Alias Otoniel declares before the JEP and splashes out members of the Colombian Military Forces

The former paramilitary chief was summoned to talk about victimization in the Urabá region, but was later required to tell his story about the extrajudicial executions of civilians

Before being extradited to the United States, former paramilitary leader Dairo Antonio Úsuga David, alias Otoniel, surrendered what would be his latest version of his participation in the Colombian conflict before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP). Judges Alejandro Ramelli Arteaga and Hugo Escobar Fernández de Castro heard the criminal on April 19 assuring that in 1997 the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC) and members of the National Army came together to commit massacres.
