In the face of high temperatures, Conagua offered some recommendations for Mexicans:

“In the face of high temperatures, it is recommended that the population avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, to hydrate properly, to pay special attention to the chronically ill, children and the elderly, as well as to follow the instructions of the authorities of the health and civil protection sector.”
