(Bloomberg) — The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will not comply with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's order regarding the use of masks on public transportation, according to an administration official.
Agencies reviewing the court's decision and evaluating potential next steps following a Florida appeals court's decision to overturn CDC's nationwide mandate on the use of masks on public transportation, such as airplanes and trains.
