Diego Chávarri was approached by the Amor y Fuego cameras to learn his version of the facts about the police intervention he had in his apartment following the denunciation of a alleged kidnapping by her partner Onelia Molina.

“Nothing is as they are saying it. (The police) arrive for another reason (not a kidnapping). At no time has there been a kidnapping or assault. What happened was something completely different, that I and the person who was there are going to book it. It has not happened what you are supposedly saying that serenity has recorded. There were no fights, no conflicts, or anything out of place, “said the former footballer.

After hearing their statements, drivers Rodrigo González and Gigi Mitre presented the police act detailing what happened last Thursday, April 14. According to the occurrence, the current partner of the former player had reported him for arriving at his home at 6 in the morning while intoxicated and asking if he was with someone else.

He also checked his cell phone and made a scene of jealousy that ended with an argument between the two. In addition, it is detailed that: “the subscriber observed when he arrived at the place that both parties intervened were locked in the bedroom of the apartment”.

Finally, it can be read that Onelia Molina refused to receive police help, since she only wanted the former reality boy to leave the apartment without making any formal complaint and stressed that there was never a physical assault.

DIEGO CHAVARRI DEFENDS HIMSELF LIVE

During the development of the news, Diego Chávarri communicated with Amor y Fuego and through a telephone link he explained why the national police and serenazgo members came to his home.

According to him, he has no knowledge of nor has he signed the police report that was read in the program. “First time I see that document (...) We had a normal couple's argument because we had plans to travel, we were late, she got upset.”

However, the drivers questioned his version of events, as it seems strange to them that if it was a “simple” discussion, the NPP came home because of the call of his current girlfriend.

“She has never called serenade, they have passed (by my house) they see that we were arguing and they approach. The person who says I've had her kidnapped, I don't know what she intends,” said the former member of Esto es Guerra.

“All she wanted (Onelia) was for me to leave the house, but I said I wasn't going to leave until I got to my sister. What happened was just that,” he added.

Finally, he accepted that he did arrive while intoxicated, but that he was calm because in the images he was seen talking “normally” with the police.
