Tortillas or tuna tortillas are an ideal recipe for when we want something that uses few ingredients but is rich and simple, especially if we don't have much experience in cooking. INGREDIENTS
-1 can of tuna
-1 diced onion
-1 chopped tomato
-Chopped Chinese onion (green and white part)
-3 eggs
-Salt (to taste)
-1/2 cup of oats
-Oil (what is necessary for frying)
PREPARATION
1. The first thing we will do is have all the ingredients ready, the vegetables must be washed and disinfected. Now, we'll start by placing the tuna in a bowl and chopping the onion, tomato and Chinese onion.
2. We put all these ingredients in the bowl and add the 3 eggs and the oats.
3. Now, we mix until all the ingredients are integrated and add salt to taste to the preparation.
4. Once the mixture looks moderately uniform, we use a spoon to separate a little from the dough and place it in a pan with hot oil.
5. We let them fry between 2 to 3 minutes per side until they look golden brown.
6. To serve, we can accompany them with a little white rice and creole sauce.
