A little bit of history
In The Indomitable Shrew, a young scientist decides to return to her roots after suffering a disappointment in love in Chicago, United States. He returns to his hometown to seek refuge in the house where he lived the best years of his youth. But, once there, he finds that his brother Jędruś (Tomasz Sapryk), together with his partner and friend Wacuś (Piotr Cyrwus), want to sell the family land that houses a natural material more valuable than diamonds.
In this regard, businesswoman Agata (Dorota Landowska) will be responsible for trying to convince these partners to sell their land, even if it is at the cost of the trust of her sister, who has a part in the ownership of the land. They will have to do everything possible to change her mind, even if for this they must involve a third party, Patryk (Mikołaj Roznerski), who will seek to make her fall in love.
The Indomitable Shrew is directed by Anna Wieczur-Bluszc and stars Magdalena Lamparska, Mikolaj Roznerski, Pyotr Cyrwus, Tomasz Sapryk, Dorota Stalinska, Slawomir Zapala, Dorota Landowska, among others. It lasts 113 minutes.
