Ana Victoria left Jalisco and disappeared, last location registers her in Querétaro, her little daughter is waiting for her

In the midst of the security crisis reported in various states of the country due to the disappearance of women, the case of 32-year-old Ana Victoria Ruiz Palacios, who lost contact with her relatives on her way to the State of Mexico, was released in the state of Jalisco. A campaign has started on social networks to locate it and the Jalisco Prosecutor's Office issued the Alba Protocol.

Ana Victoria's relatives began to spread a poster on social networks to locate her. According to information from the newspaper Excélsior, the last time he was seen was on Monday, April 11. However, in the data released by her loved ones it was detailed that the last contact established with her corresponds to Thursday 14, around 4:00 p.m. Its last location was located on the Queretaro highway, when it was going to the Mexican entity.

According to the description made in the newsletter, Ana Victoria is 1.60 meters tall, has white skin, green eyes, wavy hair to the waist and, as a particular sign, she has three tattoos: two on her left arm and one more on her back. Likewise, you have a small wart on the right side of your chin.

The newsletter with its photos and particular information began to be disseminated at noon this Saturday, April 16. A user who identified himself as her brother confirmed through his Facebook profile that they have not been able to establish contact with her since last Thursday. Similarly, a user who did not specify the relationship with Ana Victoria said that “she has a girl who needs her and that she is very sad because her mother is not there”.

So far, the Office of the Attorney General of the State (FGE) of Jalisco has not issued any official statement. However, in the bulletin disseminated the telephone number 3030-6000, with the extension 16724, was provided to provide any information that could benefit in its search. The number corresponds to that of the General Legal Coordination office of the FGE.

Having reported the disappearance to the authorities of Jalisco, the entity's Alba Protocol was also launched. According to the FGE of Jalisco, it is a mechanism for the immediate search and location of girls, adolescents and adults with reports of disappearance. The plan brings together authorities from all three levels of government to try to achieve immediate results.

The Alba Protocol is an initiative that has three phases of action. The first is implemented within the first 24 hours after the Public Prosecutor's Office receives the complaint. If there are no results, the second step is started, which does not end until the victim is found. In the event that his disappearance is linked to a crime, the third phase is proceeded to its location, although at this time the relevant specialized area is involved in the investigation.

The search for Ana Victoria takes place in the midst of investigations to find Debanhi Escobar's whereabouts in Nuevo León, whose disappearance was reported early on April 9. Similarly, on April 11, the murder of María Fernanda Contreras Ruiz was confirmed, who disappeared on the third day of the month on her way home from the municipality of Apodaca, in the same entity.

Meanwhile, the security crisis also prevails in San Luis Potosí, where the number of reports of disappearance has grown. Similarly, videos have circulated on social networks showing consummated attempts or abductions of women in the entity. According to official figures, during the month of March, the report was drawn up for 28 women who disappeared and could not be located during the period.
