The governor of Hidalgo, Omar Fayad Meneses, surprised the attendees of a dive in Pachuca by showing his skills as a DJ for one night, so the mockery and memes have not stopped raining.
And on the morning of this Saturday, April 16, a video went viral on social networks where the governor is seen entertaining and enjoying a party in a well-known dive in the state capital.
In the audiovisual of just under a minute, Fayad Meneses is seen dancing and singing songs by the British band Queen, while attendees chant with him.
He is also shown jumping behind a mixing console where he performs the music combination.
The governor himself confirmed his attendance at the club, since he published, on the morning of this Holy Saturday, that he enjoyed going out with his three children, and recommended that parents do it more often.
The reactions to the video did not take long, as several netizens mocked the state president and even compared him to Queen's vocalist, Freddie Mercury.
“Freddy Mercury returns in the body of PRI Omar Fayad”, another user sneered; others were left with doubts as to whether the governor did shout “eooo”: “Apoco Omar Fayad if he shouted EOOOO?”
While some netizens joked about wanting to go out this Saturday, drink and get “like Omar Fayad”.
“The net if I wanted to stone with Omar Fayad”, “What do you want to do well Omar Fayad”, “Will it be too early to walk Omar Fayad?” , “Would it be me taking a crusade with Omar Fayad? ” and “The governor of Hidalgo, Omar Fayad, is caught dancing in a club. The Shakira was crazy,” were some of the comments.
One user asked to reach the age of Fayad Meneses (59) with the same desire to go to a nightclub at night: “I would like to reach the age of Omar Fayad with that nightclub mood at night”.
Another netizen said that the federal president mixed the music better than the DJ who performed before him: “Omar Fayad played better than the DJ who was before him”.
Meanwhile, a few netizens ironized that when it became known that Omar Fayad went to drink and sing in a dive, the former president of PAN, Felipe Calderón Hinojosa, immediately wrote to his social network to invite him.
However, not all the messages were good for the governor of Hidalgo, as dozens of netizens criticized that Fayad would rather go out to party than solve the problems that stifle the state, or worry about the upcoming gubernatorial elections.
