'Monstero de Chiclayo' was threatened with death by prisoners in prison and asked for a special cell

Juan Antonio Enríquez García, the 'Chiclayo Monster', is requesting to be transferred to a special cell, because he received threats from other prisoners in the Picsi prison in Chiclayo, where he is serving nine months in pre-trial detention for abducting and abusing a three-year-old girl.

The most dangerous inmates in the prison, known as' taitas', have threatened the 48-year-old aggressor. “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth,” they told him, according to the Trome newspaper. And they promised her that they will take her life because of what happened to the baby.

For this reason, Enríquez García is imploring the prison authorities to place him in a 'special cell', to be away from other prisoners. But it is not possible to fulfill their requests, since there is an overpopulation of prisoners in the Picsi prison.

Some inmates made known what is thought of him in the prison, where no one seems to approve of him.

“We will make him pay for the damage he did, we too are parents and we have children, and that is evil. We are waiting for you, we are going to give you a nice welcome,” they warned him.

PROTESTS IN CHICLAYO

Protests against the crime of the little girl continue in Chiclayo, where people took to the streets last Friday. They are demanding that life imprisonment be given for the 'Chiclayo Monster', since the rape victim is under 14 years of age.

Similarly, signs of rejection by social networks have been heard through the phrase 'Justice for Damaris '. Since the perpetrator was captured on Wednesday, April 13, there have been protests over the order for 9 months of pre-trial detention, as it was not considered hard enough.

The demonstrations have been massive: they have burned down the house of the 'Chiclayo Monster' where little Damaris was kidnapped and it is expected that all the weight of the law against the rapist.

STATE OF HEALTH

The little girl was taken to Las Mercedes Hospital to receive due care. She was found in shock and tied hand and foot, after being raped and abducted for more than 15 hours.

On April 15, the Lambayeque Beneficiation Network of EsSalud reported that the child under 3 years of the initials D.N.F.C, who was abducted and sexually abused by a subject of 48 years, remains stable in health. It is recalled that the little girl was found, after 15 hours of intense police search, in a building in the Chiclayo fence.

The minor is in the Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo National Hospital in Chiclayo. It has been evaluated and monitored by a multidisciplinary medical team, to achieve its speedy recovery, according to a statement.

The letter also states that, since he entered the hospital, he has undergone all the relevant medical laboratory tests, such as magnetic resonance imaging and tomography. In the next few hours, the minor will be hospitalized in the Pediatric Department. In that unit you will continue to receive all the necessary care.
