Minute by minute: Cali says last goodbye to Freddy Rincón on April 16

The Colossus of Buenaventura will be buried in the Southern Metropolitan Cemetery after the tribute at the Olympic Stadium Pascual Guerrero

After the tributes received in Buenaventura, where thousands of fans of the 'Colossus' gathered, Freddy Rincón's body was transferred to Santiago de Cali to be veiled in a fiery chamber on one of the courts that saw him grow as a player, the Pascual Guerrero Olympic Stadium. The coffin of Rincón stayed all night at the Los Olivos funeral home south of the capital of the Valley, from where it was taken to the 'Sanfernandino' for his tribute.

Important national and international football stars are expected to visit this stadium, who will give their last farewell to their friend, along with the former player's extensive fan. The coffin will be moved at 10 in the morning to the sports arena and installed in the southern part of it. Those wishing to enter must do so through the area of the ramp in the southeastern grandstand, and then pass according to the determination of logistics and finally, exit through the southwestern side of the Pascual.

Entrance to the South Grandstand: 9 a.m.

Start of the liturgy: 10 a.m.

Visit to the coffin: 12 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Departure from the stadium: 4 p.m.

Final destination: 6 p.m. — Southern Metropolitan Cemetery
