Rumors of a separation between Carolina Cruz and Lincoln Palomeque began to be heard since mid-2021 when the couple's followers noticed the actor's absence in the posts of the host of 'Day to Day'. However, as they grew stronger, the former queen explained that it was all due to the amount of work the actor had with the recordings of two productions he was recording simultaneously.

But it wasn't until the end of March that the couple decided to end their relationship: both expressed them through their social networks with a message stating that it was not a press release, but rather words that came out of the affection they feel for their children Matías and Salvador.
