Last Wednesday, April 13, it was announced nationally that Juan Antonio Enríquez García, the 'Chiclayo Monster', kidnapped, tortured and raped a under three years of age in Chiclayo. Inside one living under construction, the sleeping girl was found tied between cartons on the floor and tied by her feet.

This news outraged thousands of Chiclayans, who gathered outside the Divincri waiting for the aggressor's departure to stone him. Likewise, the #JusticiaParaDamaris has been created on social networks, which became a trend and many users demand the death penalty for the aggressor.

After the incident, the Judiciary of the district of José Leonardo Ortiz handed down nine months of pre-trial detention, accusing him of the crimes of rape and abduction in aggrievance of a small girl of only three years.

The fact has also led some figures in Peruvian entertainment to use their Instagram accounts to demand justice and that the full weight of the law falls to the perpetrator of the crimes. With publications and stories, several characters spoke out and even shed some tears.

EZIOOLIVA

Singer Ezio Oliva posted the video of the news on his official Instagram account and accompanied it with a lengthy message expressing all his indignation at the sight of the terrible event. The artist began by apologizing for the words he would use to vent his annoyance against the aggressor and later reflected that not enough is being done as a society to care for a minor.

“And for you, you bastard, I hope that when you get to the cell you deserve you will be welcomed with the same violence with which you received this wonderful girl that God willing can overcome this experience that she did not choose to live at 3 years of age. These are moments where it would be nice if we could take justice into our own hands, but the reality is that we have a judicial system that we hope will take the most drastic measures against this aggressor,” he reads as part of his description.

Another of the show business figures who did not stay silent and asked for justice for the 3-year-old girl was Yiddah Eslava, who shared with her followers the photo of the alleged aggressor and another of the people asking for him to be imprisoned.

In addition, he added an extensive text in which he cited article 173, which details that the crime of rape carries the penalty of life imprisonment, so he pointed out that the guard should not be lowered until the Judiciary condemns the 'Monster of Chiclayo' with that penalty.

VALERY REVELLO

Valery Revello recorded herself on her Instagram stories to publicize her outrage over the case. As you can hear, the model indicated that she is very affected because the abused minor is the same age as her daughter.

“It breaks my soul and I am ashamed of this country because justice is never done. It outrages me too much. I saw my daughter there because she looks just like her. They have him in jail, but what happens in Peru always, a week or a month later he is released and there he is. That can't pose, not anymore,” said the model.
