Andy V: Lawyer will ask for effective prison for him for alleged sexual abuse against young man

After a young woman with intellectual development disorder accused him a few months ago of sexually abusing her, the situation has worsened for Andy V. The legal defense indicates that he will request preventive detention for the media figure, this in order to avoid any escape attempt during the process he seeks to make justice to the complainant.

As you recall, two months ago, Susy Diaz's ex-partner was involved in a rugged case, he was accused of rape of a 30-year-old woman. In view of this, the lawyer of the prosecuting party does not remove his finger from the line and it has been proposed to reach the final consequences so that the crime does not go unpunished.

“She does remember what happened and that is reliable proof, it is another element of conviction. What we are going to ask for is preventive detention, because in his statement he has not shown any kind of roots,” said the complainant's lawyer to the program Magaly TV La Firme.

He also noted that after presenting the evidence to the Prosecutor's Office, they will request preventive detention for Andy V, to eliminate the risk of flight from the country.

“Having finished presenting all the elements of conviction, we are going to request preventive detention due to danger of flight because he is exposed to leaving the country , and because justice is obstructed because witnesses can be communicated to change their version,” said the lawyer.

It should be recalled that the complainant's family reported that the incident happened at the opening of a place on San Antonio beach, south of Lima, where she was also the controversial figure. The lawyer said that the woman was intercepted by her alleged aggressor when she went to the hygiene services. To date, Andy V denies what happened.

In statements collected by the show program Magaly TV La Firme, in February, Andy V stated that he did not touch 'anyone, 'and that the people who made the complaint against him, must prove it.

The case is under investigation by the authorities, who will make a decision after the results of the tests taken.

Andrés Olano Castro, better known as 39-year-old Andy V, rose to fame by marrying former congressman and comedic actress Susy Diaz. He then began a romantic relationship with journalist Lourdes Sacín and went through the remembered reality show Bienvenida la Tarde de Latina.
