For many people who are lovers of red meat, the Lenten season can be a bit long, however, there are different ways to conquer anyone's palate by simply preparing a stew of fish, chicken or other types of ingredients.

Mojarra is ideal for cooking at this time, not only because it is one of the most economical fish, but also because of its great nutritional contribution.
