On the afternoon of this April 13, an information clash was reported between two state entities. On the one hand, the Supreme Court of Justice assured that Juan Larinson Castro Estupiñán, alias Matamba, a fugitive drug trafficker who recently escaped, appears in the records as deceased, but the National Civil Registry Office contradicted the court and stated that the criminal's ID is active.
Because of this situation, the Supreme Court asked Registrar Alexander Vega Rocha to explain what is happening.
