Striker Jefferson Duque, better known as La Fiera', is undoubtedly one of the most beloved players by the Atlético Nacional fans who have celebrated their goals, those that have earned him titles, such as the one he scored in the 2013 final against Santa Fe at Nemesio Camacho El Campín.
Although in Colombia he has worn the shirts of Deportivo Pereira, Leones, Deportivo Cali and Independiente Santa Fe, he will always be identified with the King of Cups, who is also the team of his loves.
Last weekend, the 34-year-old scorer reached 90 scores in the Nacional jacket, scoring the second goal in the 2-0 victory against América de Cali at Athanasio Girardot for the 15th date of the Dimayor Betplay League.
His contribution in the opposing network helped the verde paisa regain the top of the league and in the meantime achieve qualification in advance of the final home runs.

In 2021 the gunner scored 27 goals, being the second most scored Colombian after Frank Castañeda, who scored 28 goals.
With Sunday's scoring against the Scarlet team, Duque is ten goals away from reaching 100 goals and being in the top three of the club's historic scorers.
It should be noted that Atlético Nacional's top scorer is Victor Hugo Aristizábal with 206 scores followed by John Jairo Tréllez with 131 and Humberto 'Turron' Alvarez with 99 celebrations.

However, Jefferson Duque has been severely questioned by the purdolaga fans and many have called for his departure from the team. It should be recalled that its contractual relationship with Atlético Nacional ends in December of this year.
He made his debut in 2006 with Pereira, where he didn't have many opportunities, his explosion took place in Leones in the First B with which he showed all his scoring power, which would take him to Atlético Nacional.
During his first cycle with the Antioquia squad between 2012 and 2015, he scored a total of 47 goals that served him to pack suitcases and be signed by the Atlas of Mexico where he spent without penalty or glory.
In his list, he has a total of nine titles; four leagues (2013 I-II, 2014 and 2015), three Colombian Cups (2012, 2013 and 2021) and two Superleagues (2012 and 2016).
To date, Jefferson Duque has accumulated a total of 166 goals and will be able to increase his score in the next Nacional outing that he visits Golden Eagles for matchday 16 of the league.
