Chicken burritos with cheese/arrachera

Ingredients: 200 grams of diced chicken or arrachera breast, 2 flour tortillas, 1 diced green bell pepper, half diced onion, 100 grams of manchego cheese, salt, pepper and oil.

Preparation: Step 1; add oil to the pan and fry the onion together with the pepper and meat of your choice, let them cook for 15 minutes mixing everything.
