1. PISCO: -P

This emblematic city originating from the flagship product of Peru is a perfect place to spend a day full of adventure. It is located 237 kilometers from Lima, and you can reach this city by private transport or buses. Ticket prices are from S/ 15 soles.

You can take a tour of the Paracas National Reserve, through a quad bike or a go kart, visiting the beautiful beaches La Mina and El Raspón, known for their crystal clear waters and almost white sand. You can also see Playa Roja, whose sand is the color in mention due to the minerals it possesses. You can go to Paracas where you will find the popular El Chaco Bay and you can also play sports such as kitesurfing, paddle boarding, among others.

In Pisco itself, you can learn about the history of this city and the ancient settlers who inhabited it. Here you will have many options to visit such as Tambo Colorado, which is 45km from Pisco and which is also one of the most important archaeological centers in the area.

2. CHINCHA:

It is located just 200 kilometers south of Lima and is the birthplace of one of the best gastronomic dishes in Peru and also of the most delicious wines in the area.

You can also visit various wineries and vineyards, such as the wineries of Viña de Oro, Bodegas Tabernero, Winery Grimaldi, Castellano, Naldo Navarro, El Paraíso, San Cristóbal, Arenas, Villa Julia and Chumbiauca. 3. CHANCAY:

It is one of the closest cities to Lima and is ideal for a weekend away from the capital. It has a wide variety of activities that we will tell you about later.

Chancay is 78 kilometers from Lima and to reach this city you can use buses that leave from Plaza Norte. The cost of tickets varies between S/15 soles on common dates. During Easter the price can double.

Regarding the tours that you can visit in the city of Los Cuchimilcos there is the Plaza de Armas, the canyon and chains that belonged to the Chilean loophole Covadonga during the Pacific War. There is also a port where ceviche is prepared with the catch of the day.

Chancay Castle is also one of the attractive places in the area, it is a construction built since the 1920s and 1930s.

Last but not least, you'll find Eco Truly Park, which belongs to the Krishna community and is made up of Trulys, orchards and farms. This congregation is self-sufficient and they consume vegan food. You can rent rooms to live with this environment.

4. PUERTO SUPE:

This place is located 188 kilometers from Lima and is perfect for a day full of beaches. Getting to this place is easy, you just have to take a bus to Barranca. Once you arrive you will be 11 minutes from Puerto Supe, where you can visit La Isla beach, also known as Isla del Pharaón. Here you will see a pyramid-shaped sand hill that divides the beach into two areas, the beauty of this part will leave you perplexed. One side has calmer waters, while the other has slightly raging waves.

There is an archaeological site called Áspero, which is related to the ancient city of Caral. According to various investigations, Áspero functioned as the fishing center of Caral.
