At the conclusion of the polls, the National Electoral Council officially declared the election of the House of Representatives from 2022 to 2026. This occurred once the result of the representatives elected by Bogotá was delivered. According to the results, there were no major changes with respect to the results delivered on March 13.
The information that was delivered last Monday, April 11, ratified the results delivered after the end of election day without further modification. The Liberal party won 32 seats, Historical Pact with 26 and the Conservative party with 25. Radical Change and the Democratic Center continue with 16 seats each. The U Party won 14, Green Alliance 11, the Anti-Corruption Rulers League and the Esperanza Center two, while the New Liberalism, Renaissance Colombia, Citizen Force and Mais held a place.
It is important to note that these results, compared to those being developed in the current period, leave Uribism with half as many seats, while the Historical Pact, as well as in the Senate elections, were among the ones that won the most seats. Another important aspect to note is that there was no surprise in the capital of Bogota, leaving the coalition led by candidate Gustavo Petro with seven seats.

The last legislative elections that took place on March 13 throughout the country were held quite normally, however, the controversy arose after the results of the pre-count and the counting were known, since the differences were evident between the two. This has in the 'eye of the hurricane' national registrar Alexander Vega, who has been heavily criticized by various political sectors.
Vega assures that there was no electoral fraud and that this was a series of irregularities on the part of the voting juries, a situation that is already under the spotlight of the Prosecutor's Office and the supervisory bodies. In an interview with Noticias RCN, the registrar assured that it was not only the 500,000 votes of the Historical Pact that appeared, but many others from other political parties. Around 1,026,000 votes were found in the ballot.

“It was corroborated that 23,000 forms were poorly filled out by the voting juries. In addition, we found that, in 5,109 tables a possible intent is demonstrated, because in addition to filling out the forms in the wrong way, there were crosses out the candidates' votes,” said Alexander Vega in RCN News.
He added, “We have already fully identified the jurors, but here we show the intention, not only in the bad diligence, but once they recorded the votes of the candidates, they crossed out the figures, so the witnesses pressed the juries to put asterisks and crosses out on all the blank boxes. They were witnesses to all the campaigns.”
