This was the tribute to Freddy Rincón in the film “Encanto”

In the meantime, some preliminary reports, the crash would have been presented to the recklessness of the driver of the Ford van in which Freddy was riding, since they reportedly omitted the red light from the traffic light which caused the public service bus to crash abruptly sending the other car a few meters ahead.

No breathalyzer test has been positive for those who have been given, including the driver of the MIO bus, however, Freddy Rincón would be missing, who has not been able to take alcohol tests due to the severity of his injuries, which he has already had surgery and is currently in serious condition, according to the report from the Imbanaco Clinic in Cali.

It also remains to be verified who was certainly driving the van that is currently in the hands of the Prosecutor's Office in order to clarify as much as possible what happened in this regrettable event.

Meanwhile, on social networks, they have noticed the tribute they would have paid to Rincón in one of the scenes that make up the film Encanto, which recently won an Oscar award for best animated film.

There, the scene alludes to the goal that Freddy scored for the German national team in a match of the 1990 World Cup Italy. The match shows how, in full tactical understanding, the then Colombian players manage to beat the Bavarian footballers and then leave Rincón and the German goalkeeper Bodo Illgner in 1-on-1, whom the Colombian leaked the ball through his legs and then exploit the celebration of the Colombians on the bench.
