After 11 months of kidnapping, 20-year-old Sebastián Londoño was released on April 12 in the Catatumbo subregion (Norte de Santander). The young man was kidnapped in May last year and so far nothing was known about his whereabouts. The authorities say that the victim is already with his family and is being cared for by health personnel.
