On April 19, the presentation tour of Colombian artist J Balvin began in Canada and the United States, better known as 'José Tour'. Despite the fact that the events were announced and his fans were preparing to see live one of the most recognized artists of the urban genre today, through his social networks Balvin announced that he has to postpone the dates.

The first presentation with which José was going to open this tour was going to be in the city of San Antonio, Texas, on April 19; but for now everything is postponed until a new date. The reason, as explained by the same artist, is that he cannot guarantee a good show because covid-19 has affected his team.

The coronavirus pandemic canceled and postponed many musical events nationally and internationally and, although currently the progress in vaccination against the disease has made large-scale events such as these re-planned, the truth is that covid-19 can still seriously affect a production of the size of the 'José Tour' in the United States.

It should be noted that the Colombian artist has been preparing with his team for more than 30 dates that he had to complete on this tour, after a presentation in Bogotá, at the Estéreo Picnic Festival that left much to be desired for his national fans, despite breaking record attendance that night, with more than 40,000 people waiting for the show of the colombian.

On the other hand, the artist stressed that, for now, there are no dates for its rescheduling and it is not known how the process will be carried out for those who need to change or return their ballots because of the changes. But he insisted that this will simply be a change of dates and that those who already have their ballots will be able to use them on dates that are rescheduled in the future.

“My team continues to work on every detail and we will give you the new dates in a few weeks. Your tickets will still be valid,” said Balvin in his post.

In addition, she made some clarifications through her Instagram stories. In the first measure, he wrote that “soon the most HP Tour on the planet. Promised 2023″, which would give indications that the postponed dates would be rescheduled for next year.

He then noted that “only 'USA Tour Jose' is postponed. Other dates in other countries are still scheduled as normal.” For example, he confirmed that next June 16 will be presented in Quito, Ecuador.

In addition to giving a piece of peace of mind to his fans in the United States who purchased their tickets for the 2022 Tour, the singer also sent a message of thanks to those who, despite the problems that arise in the preparation of these events, are still with him. “I am grateful for all your love and support and at the same time I am very excited to meet each of you again on the road to celebrate together and continue the vibes high,” concluded the paisa.
