How to Survive Single will return in a few days with new episodes that can be seen on Prime Video, exactly from April 15. If you've seen it, let's sum it up: this is a Mexican comedy-drama series that tells the story of actor Sebastián Ybarra, who was about to get married, but life had other plans for him. Just when it seemed that the script of his life was written and figured out, he was thrown onto a blank page along with his group of friends who are lousy at relationships. Unexpectedly, he rushed into the world he had left almost ten years ago: singleness.
The first season of How to Survive Single reflected the essence of an entire generation and what it means to live life without a sentimental commitment. In this regard, social networks have a lot of influence and above all many tips (from friends) accompany the Mexican actor Sebastian, after he intended to get married, only to find out in the worst possible way, that his girlfriend cheated on him.
After everything that happened in season one, in this second part Sebastian makes the decision to be a ruthless bachelor who doesn't care about anything but him, and you realize that that balance is not his own either, so he gets into a lot of emotional and women's problems. And in the professional field, things don't look very bright for the protagonist either, as he will continue to face the adversities of the entertainment industry by trying to carry out the film project he wrote while he was with his ex-girlfriend who betrayed him.
The new season will have eight episodes and will once again star Sebastián Zurita, giving life to Sebastián Ybarra. With him they return: Tato Alexander as Fabiana, Fabrizio Santini as Fish, Roberto Flores as Daniel, Lucia Gomez-Robledo as Mafer, Octavio Hinojosa as Gonzo, Pamela Almanza as Lucia and Marcela Guirado as Natalia.
It was recently confirmed that the series was renewed for a third season thanks to the success of the first batch of episodes. It was created by Sebastián Zurita and Emiliano Zurita and directed by Sebastián Zurita, Ariel Winograd, Emiliano Zurita, Marcos Bucay and Salvador Espinosa as a showrunner for Amazon Prime Video.
If they enjoyed the first season, the second season will be enjoyed twice as much. Stay tuned!
