A 16-year-old boy ran over six people in Riohacha, La Guajira

The minor did not have a driver's license and did not have a technomechanical review, nor did he have insurance for the vehicle he was driving

In the early hours of this Monday, April 11, there was an accident in the district of Riohacha, La Guajira. A 16-year-old boy was driving a vehicle and ran over six people who were in a fast food establishment.

The director of the Institute of Transit, Transport and Mobility of the District of Riohacha, Luis Pablo de Armas, said that of the injured people, two of them in the ICU in the La Virgencita sector. The minor was caught and was reportedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
