Sherlyn González has been one of the women in the art world who have caused a stir by sharing with the public her desire to be a mother, even without having a romantic partner. For this reason, the actress has been recognized as an independent woman capable of starting a family without the need to fit into the traditional mold by procreating her firstborn through artificial insemination.

Although the decision of the host has been the subject of comments found on social networks, many people support that she followed her desire to become a mother, a goal achieved at the birth of her little baby André, who is about to turn two this coming May.

Currently the singer has the desire to become a new mother, she shared it for People magazine in Spanish: “My plan is to have another baby soon. (I talked about it) with my mom. Children have to be more planned,” said the actress, who is currently participating in the reality show Tu cara me suena.

About her future pregnancy, Sherlyn added “I really want this... There will be time for the love part.” The actress told the publication that she does not currently have a partner, but that would not be an impediment to realizing her desire to become a mother again.

“Suitors are always there, they always have the door open. That's why I let them pass is something else, I'm focused on my son... Of course it feels nice to hear nice words,” she added.

However, the famous woman who has put herself “under the skin” of singer Karol G and the performer Camilo on the aforementioned reality show, expressed feeling in love with herself in the life stage she is pursuing:

The actress believes that she currently only intends to see for her son. “The first thing is my son and I'm not going to put a project before him, my mom came to Miami with me (while recording Your face sounds like me) André stays with grandma while I work.”

On the television program that is currently broadcast on Sunday nights in Mexico, where the participants are characters from the entertainment medium who must characterize and imitate famous singers, Sherlyn said:

“I have always been a woman of challenges and I feel that this is a huge challenge for any artist and any performer because we are not used to judgment. We are used to being told nice things and coming by your own pleasure to being told what you are doing wrong, it's a very strong job,” he said.

On the other hand, the famous one caused a stir at the end of last 2021 due to her decisions in raising her baby, because it transpired that her pet, a Pomerian dog, bit the little one on the face causing a minor injury. However, Sherlyn justified the fact by stating that André had been the culprit of the attack.

The actress faced multiple criticisms for having defended her dog and not her son, therefore, at the same time she responded to comments that, she said, made her feel uncomfortable.

“Me the worst: In the past few days I told you that my dog Neni bit @andrenuestrobebe. In my stories I explained to them that André my baby is intense and what he will have to learn to treat my dog more delicately, followed by that many comments came telling me things like: 'You have to put the dog to sleep', 'You need to give her away', 'You don't take care of your son', 'You love your dog more than the baby', 'You're a bad mom', 'You're a bad mom' irresponsible'”, the interpreter of Elisa began her lengthy message before the end of the world.

“I have news for you: I do many more things that are also frowned upon, I chose to be a mom without a dad for André, he sleeps in my bed, as long as possible I want to keep him as close as I can, I don't put a bib on him, I let him experiment with his food...”

The actress ended her message by assuring that motherhood is a “personal journey” and her son is a happy, healthy, loved and caring baby.
